EMDR Bilateral stimulation

From mid-May 2021 there will be availability for blended (face to face/online) EMDR therapy in south County Wicklow. EMDR is a suitable treatment option for both complex trauma and single event trauma/PTSD. Sessions initially will be face to face and if appropriate the work will move to a blended format of online work with intermittent face to face sessions. Please contact me for further information.
